TEXAS MILITARY RESOURCES

The members of Texas Research Ramblers in cooperation with the local genealogy library, Carnegie Center of Brazos Valley History, have been abstracting and indexing local cemeteries, early newspapers, census records, and materials in the vertical files. This is an on-going project so information is added as soon as the portions of the material is completed. These indexes will be invaluable to the family researcher since they will point to the location of interesting articles of interest to the genealogist. The staff at the Carnegie Center will assist in finding the item(s) and will make copies for a nominal fee.
