Condition of cemetery**: Excellent - The cemetery is neat and well kept.  It is surrounded by a chain-link fence with a gate at the northwest corner.
Directions: From junction of Hwy 6 and OSR, go south on OSR to Mumford Road.  Turn right (north) onto Mumford Road.  At the "T" intersection with Allen Road, turn left (south) to Homer Rice Road (Mt. Tiver Cemetery sign is near the intersection).  Turn right onto Homer Rice Road past the gate to Homer Rice property and continue on private property.  The cemetery is off to the left of the road about a quarter mile.
